The first part will be floorwork and the second part is a Beginner Level combo. We will be doing some flexy moves, so make sure you are warmed before taking the class!

No matter which package you choose, you will get the full version performance video :)

This is a pre-recorded class, taught in Cantonese. Once you have purchased the class, you will have unlimited access to the recordings. Play it anytime and anywhere you want!

I’ll be explaining the moves and giving instructions with music in the tutorial. So don’t be worried if you are new to hammock, just follow the instructions and dance :)
